1. Return and Exchange Period: You may return or exchange an item within 15 days from the date you received it. 

2. Eligibility for Return and Refund:

   – Items that are defective or do not meet the standard specifications or the purpose of the contract are eligible for return and refund.

   – The policy does not apply to rapidly perishable goods.

3. Receipt Requirement: A valid receipt must be provided for all returns and exchanges. 

4. Process:

   – Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process.

   – Ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.

5. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, once the returned item is received and inspected.
